Milling burs for the Zirkonzahn M1 Abutment, cut to the same tip geometry and shank tolerance as the OEM tool set. Used for zirconia, PMMA, wax and metal on heavy-metal models in the machine's standard wet and dry variants per model cycle. Mounting: 3 mm shank typical.

Expected bur life

Bur life depends on material hardness, feed and speed, and whether the job is a single crown or a full-arch framework. As a rough guide, a dental zirconia set typically produces 30-60 crowns before finishing quality drops; PMMA and wax burs last considerably longer, metal and glass ceramic considerably shorter. Track your milling logs and replace per actual wear, not on a fixed interval.
