Return & Refund Policy

At cadburs.com, operated by B&D Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility


Due to the nature of precision dental tooling, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective products: Manufacturing defects, broken or damaged burs on arrival.

  • Incorrect items: You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged in transit: Products damaged during shipping.


Items that have been used, opened and installed in a milling machine, or modified are not eligible for return.


2. Return Window


  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving return authorization.


3. How to Request a Return


  1. Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +8618680571046 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.


4. Return Shipping


  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a prepaid return label.

  • All other approved returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.


5. Refund Process


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (Stripe credit card refund or bank transfer).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges


If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we can ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with your order details and we will arrange the exchange promptly.


7. Custom & Special Orders


Products manufactured to custom specifications (custom diameters, flute designs, shank lengths, or coatings) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.


8. Damaged Shipments


If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products before discarding any materials.

  2. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
