  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout using the available payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card via Stripe (Visa and MasterCard), or bank transfer (T/T) on orders of USD 200 or more.).

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuation, taxes, or other factors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of dental medical devices, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receipt if there’s an issue.

  • Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days.

  • Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable.
