What We Make

We engineer burs for zirconia, glass-ceramic, hybrid ceramic/composites, PMMA, wax, cobalt-chromium, titanium, and other alloys used in dental restorations. Our portfolio covers roughing, pre-finish, and finish strategies across chairside and lab workflows.

How We Build Quality

Precision grinding: All burs are produced on German six-axis WALTER grinders to maintain concentricity and edge fidelity across batches.
Materials that last: We source European ultra-fine-grain tungsten-carbide blanks (≈0.2–0.4 μm). The high density and uniform microstructure provide excellent rigidity and wear resistance for demanding indications.
Advanced coatings: Swiss coating processes reduce friction and improve adhesion, supporting smooth chip evacuation, lower heat generation, and extended tool life in dry and wet milling.
Process control: Manufacturing follows ISO 13485–aligned procedures, including incoming material verification, in-process measurement, and 100% final inspection of critical dimensions.

We supply tool geometries compatible with widely used systems such as Roland, DOF, VHF, ARUM, Amann Girrbach, imes-icore, REDON, Sirona, Aidite, UP3D, Cradle, XTCERA, JINY, and others.
