89 mm Zirconia Blocks for Amann Girrbach Ceramill

Amann Girrbach's Ceramill Matron, Matik and Motion 3 machines use the 89 mm mounted disc format with a specific holder geometry. These zirconia blocks are cut to the Ceramill mounting tolerance so they load directly without shimming the holder.

• Multi-layer 89 mm discs with pre-gradient shading

Shrinkage

Every block is labelled with lot number, shade and measured shrinkage factor. Enter the factor manually for each new batch - Ceramill software will apply it to the next nest. Do not reuse a shrinkage value from a previous batch; the small differences between batches are what cause the 1-unit-off margin fit that techs occasionally blame on the machine.
