98 mm Open-System PMMA Discs

98 mm open-system PMMA discs fit the standard open-architecture disc holder used by most large dental CAD/CAM mills. This is the single most common PMMA format in the lab world - if your machine is not a Zirkonzahn 95 mm or Amann Girrbach 89 mm holder, this is usually the right category.

Shades and formats

• Monochromatic A1-A3.5, B1, B3, BL, and C-shades
• Multi-layer discs with colour gradient for anterior aesthetics
• Pink and clear denture base PMMA
• Thicknesses from 10 mm to 25 mm

Mounting note

"98 mm open" means the outer diameter and step height follow the common convention, but individual machines sometimes require a specific step-ring adapter. If you are ordering for a machine you have not sourced PMMA for before, measure your existing disc with a caliper first.
