Milling burs for the UPCERA FLNTMill B42 / B52, cut to the same tip geometry and shank tolerance as the OEM tool set. Used for zirconia, PMMA and wax in the machine's standard dry milling; wet on A52W / A52DW cycle. Mounting: 4 mm or 6 mm depending on model.

Expected bur life

Bur life depends on material hardness, feed and speed, and whether the job is a single crown or a full-arch framework. As a rough guide, a dental zirconia set typically produces 30-60 crowns before finishing quality drops; PMMA and wax burs last considerably longer, metal and glass ceramic considerably shorter. Track your milling logs and replace per actual wear, not on a fixed interval.
